Shipping Methods & Fees
Did you know that Hyatt's shipping fees are 10-25% lower than most of our competitors? We strive to keep shipping costs down so that you can enjoy as much Florida sunshine possible at affordable prices.
Our per package shipping fee is only $10.00. For orders to Canada, please add an additional $10.00 to total $20.00.
Citrus gifts are picked and packed to order then carefully shipped via Hyatt's refrigerated trucks. After we ship your package via our trucks, it is then delivered by a carrier such as UPS and/or the United States Postal Service. Estimated delivery times can vary from 5-15 days from the time an order is placed to the point of delivery.
Note: Some products including our Gourmet Food-Allergy Gifts, Rum Cakes or Candy Baskets are shipped from a different facility. For non-citrus products, the method of shipping (Fedex, UPS, DHL) is included on each individual product page.
CANADA
We specialize in sending Florida citrus to Canada! Every citrus gift in our catalog can be shipped to the following provinces from November to February: Quebec, Ontario, Nova Scotia, New Brunswick, Prince Edward Island and Newfoundland.
Try to Plan Ahead
We know that you're busy! So in order to help you fulfill your gift-giving needs we request that you plan ahead and order your gifts 3 weeks or more before you would like your order to arrive. This may seem like a long time, but it allows us to make sure that fresh fruit is picked, packed and shipped on the truck that will get your gift to it's destination at the peak of perfection.
Use our website or our fax order form to order all your gifts throughout the year at one time. We will make sure that they are shipped when you request. You will seem like the most attentive friend or relative when you remember everyone's birthday!
Delivering Your Gift
Please keep in mind that you are sending a gift of perishable items. The recipient must be available for delivery. Please double check your shipping information as Hyatt Fruit Company is not to be held responsible when given incorrect addresses or zip codes and apartment numbers MUST be included. Thank you for your cooperation!
Holiday Shipping
We are dedicated to getting your fruit gift to it's final destination on time at the point of perfect ripeness. For each item you order, you will be asked for the "Requested Arrival Week" during checkout which will help us know when to ship each item to get it there on time.
Important dates to know for fruit gifts:
Shipping begins during the 2nd week of November (depending when this year's crop is ready to pick).
Please order by Noon EST, November 13th for Thanksgiving delivery.
Please order by Noon EST December 15th for Christmas delivery.
Express Shipping
Due the high cost of express shipping fruit products, we currently do not offer Overnight shipping. Rest assured that Hyatt Fruit Company processes and ships all packages swiftly and with great care to ensure a timely and safe arrival.
Where and When
Our first shipment of fruit begins on the 2nd Thursday in November. Sorry but due to US commerce regulations, citrus gifts from Florida cannot be shipped to Alaska, Arizona, California, Hawaii, Louisiana or Texas. This includes all "Make it Deluxe" products.
Order Changes
Orders are typically processed within 48 hours of the time that they were placed on our website. If you made a mistake on your order or would like to make changes, please notify us immediately by calling 1-866-991-8889 or email us. We MUST receive any changes within a 48 hour time period. After this time, we will do our very best to make the desired changes but we can not guarantee that the changes will be made.

Availability
Due to availability of Florida citrus throughout the season, we must reserve the right to substitute products for equal or greater value. All prices are based on availability.
